 The meat of bonefish caught in different regions rated different grades. Those caught in the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Oman, and in the Atlantic Ocean along the African coast are more compact. Meat of bonefish caught in the eastern Indian Ocean have somewhat different taste. Prepared as canned products, semi-finished preparations and culinary items, as well as salt-cured products.
